How long does it take to sync my data?

For trial accounts, once you connect your marketplace account to MerchantSpring, your data should sync within 24 hours. This gives you 90 days of historical data for most reports.

Once you've subscribed to a plan, we will sync the historical data according to your plan inclusions.

Factors affecting the sync speed:

1. Volume of orders or product listings
2. Number of months of historical data being synced
3. Marketplace API limits (e.g., Amazon API)

For larger stores with longer historical data syncing, this may take at least 10 days due to marketplace API limits.

You can explore MerchantSpring via the demo store data in your account while waiting for your data to sync. Demo store data is removed automatically upon sync completion.
