How long does it take to sync my data?

Once you connect your marketplace account to MerchantSpring, your data should sync within 24 hours. In some cases where the seller account contains a high volume of orders or product listings, it may take multiple days. Feel free to contact us if your data is still syncing after 24 hours. We can provide you with a specific timeframe for completion.

You can explore MerchantSpring via the demo store data in your account while waiting for your data to sync. Demo store data is removed automatically upon sync completion.
