Report Localization - Missing Amazon data

Are you seeing missing data in your Amazon reports?

 

If yes, this can mean that we have not been able to successfully retrieve product and inventory data for your Amazon store. Why? Report localization is currently enabled on some of your Amazon seller accounts.

To disable report localization,

  1. Please login to Amazon Seller Central.

  2. Go to: Settings > Account Info > Business Information > Language for Feed Processing Report, and set this to English. This needs to be done for all seller accounts.

Once you've done this, your Amazon data will then continue to sync.
