      MerchantSpring sales are higher than Amazon Business Reports sales

      You may have noticed that your Sales in MerchantSpring are higher than what's reported in Amazon Seller Central.

      Usually, there are three reasons to explain the difference:

      1. Timezone difference between your location (browser) and Amazon's reporting timezone

      2. Sales Tax. Our figures include sales tax, Amazon (in the US) does not.
        - We are releasing a 'toggle' soon to turn the inclusion of a tax on/off within our platform.

      3. Slight delay in order sync / pending orders etc. This usually only impacts the last 24-48 hours
