How to fix missing Channel Profit advertising data

Fixing Amazon Advertising insufficient permissions

Insufficient permissions for your Amazon Advertising account can cause trouble retrieving the advertising costs in your P&L.

 

To fix this, just update your Amazon Advertising account permissions for the specific Amazon store. You can follow the simple steps below:

1. Login at https://advertising.amazon.com/sign-in

2. In the left side panel, click Administration

3. Click on Account access and settings

4. Click Actions across the user you'd like to modify permissions for

6. Click on Change permissions

7. Click on Show permissions

8. Assign View or View and Edit permissions under Billing History, Campaign Manager, and Advertising Reports.

9. Click on Save permissions.
