Why do my sales not match those in Seller Central?

The most common reason is that MerchantSpring includes sales tax, and Amazon Seller Central does not in some countries, including the United States. You can exclude taxes in MerchantSpring via the settings toggle in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

The second reason often relates to timezone differences between Amazon and your local browser. MerchantSpring reports information in line with the timezone detected in your browser.
