Once your Amazon store has synced completely, you can connect your Amazon Advertising Account. Connecting Advertising is a separate process and needs to be completed for each Amazon Seller Account.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your MerchantSpring account.

  2. Go to My Stores, select the Amazon Seller Account to which you want to link advertising data.

  3. Go to Marketing > Overview

  4. Click the Link Your Account button.

  5. If you are not logged in to your Amazon Advertising Account, a pop-up window will appear asking you to log in to your Amazon Advertising account.

It will take a couple of hours for your advertising data to sync to MerchantSpring. Once synced, you can view the Advertising by Channel report in the Dashboard and the store-specific advertising reports under My Stores > Marketing.
