      How to renew Amazon tokens

      Did you receive a notification from Amazon Marketplace Web Service with the subject line: ACTION REQUIRED - Your software application authorization will expire in n days"?

      You can resolve this issue by re-connecting the account inside MerchantSpring. This resets the token for another 12 months.

      There is no need to delete the existing selling account first. Just add a new channel and connect to the same store.
