If you have the Vendor account connected to MerchantSpring but there's no Retail Analytics, we need to make sure that you have access to these three tabs in the new Amazon Retail Analytics:
If you don't have these three tabs, you would need to ask your Vendor Manager to give you access to them.
If you have access to these 3 tabs, you might need to reconnect your Vendor account to MerchantSpring. Just go to "+ ADD CHANNEL" and then connect your Vendor account as if you're connecting it for the first time.
