How often does MerchantSpring refresh / resync marketplace data?
Learn how frequently MerchantSpring refreshes data from connected marketplaces and what delays may occur in reporting.
MerchantSpring retrieves marketplace data at different intervals depending on the type of data and the marketplace integration.
The information below describes the typical frequency at which MerchantSpring retrieves raw data from each platform. After the data is retrieved, it is processed through MerchantSpring’s internal data pipeline before appearing in dashboards and reports.
Because of this processing step, final reporting data may appear a few hours after the raw data is retrieved.

Notes on Amazon Orders
Order refresh timing does not account for delays introduced by Amazon order states.
For example, pending orders may remain unconfirmed for several days or even weeks, which can delay when those orders appear in reports.

Vendor Real-Time Analytics
MerchantSpring provides near real-time analytics for certain Vendor datasets.
However:

Data is updated multiple times throughout the day, not continuously.

It may take 60–90 minutes for data to process through MerchantSpring’s system.
Because of this processing time, the numbers may not exactly match what you see in Vendor Central in real time.
Amazon also states that the data returned through their real-time APIs is not considered final. These numbers may continue to change until the official reports are released, typically around 72 hours later.
MerchantSpring’s goal with these updates is to provide a timely indication of sales activity, but final numbers may still change as Amazon revises the figures.
