How AI credits work

AI credits are allocated on a monthly basis and reset at the start of each new billing cycle.

  • Each account receives a fixed number of credits per month (based on your plan)
  • At the start of a new month, your balance resets back to your full monthly allowance
  • Any unused credits from the previous month will expire

Do credits stack over time?

No — credits do not accumulate or carry over.

For example:

  • If your plan includes 50,000 credits per month
  • And you use 30,000 credits in March
  • The remaining 20,000 credits will expire at the end of March
  • Your balance will reset to 50,000 credits again in April

What should I do if I need more credits?

If you run out of credits before the end of the month, you can:

  • Purchase additional credits to top up your balance, or
  • Look at increasing your monthly AI credit inclusions
