Step-by-step guide to linking your Google Ads Manager (MCC) account to MerchantSpring
Easily connect your Google Ads Manager (MCC) account to MerchantSpring so you can manage and report across multiple linked client accounts from one central spot.
Before you start, you will need:

Admin-level access to your Google Ads MCC account.

The MCC Customer ID / Manager Account ID (10-digit number)

The Advertising Account ID
Instructions:
- How to find your Manager Account ID / MCC Customer ID? - Click the down arrow next to the MCC account name in the top left corner. The customer ID will be displayed under the drop-down arrow near the name of the MCC account.
- Advertising Account ID - This is displayed across the Advertising Account name under "Accounts".
In MerchantSpring:

Log in to MerchantSpring and go to '+ ADD CHANNEL'.

Select 'ADVERTISING CHANNEL'

Tick the checkbox to create a standalone advertising channel
- Click 'NEXT'

Click on "GOOGLE ADVERTISING"
- Click "MCC AD ACCOUNT"

Click on "Continue with Google"

A pop-up will appear showing the login page for Google Accounts. Log in to your Google Account. If you're using a pop-up blocker, you would need to disable it first.

Click on Allow to authorize access for MerchantSpring

Input the Manager Account ID and Advertising Account ID for your MCC account.
- Select your Advertising Account country
- Type the "Channel Display Name".

Complete the setup
Click DONE to finalize the process. MerchantSpring will sync your account—this may take a few hours for campaigns and datasets. -
Enjoy full MCC functionality
Once synced, you'll be able to view ad metrics, schedule reports, and visualize performance for all accounts under your MCC umbrella.
What Happens After Connecting

Initial sync (campaigns, metrics) may take up to 24 hours.

Post-sync, all reporting, scheduling, and data visualization tools will be available for your MCC and its client accounts.
