Creating a new user in MerchantSpring is quick and easy. Whether you’re adding a team member, agency partner, or client, you can assign specific roles and channel access directly from your account settings. Follow the steps below to invite a new user, define their access level, and share their personalized invite link so they can log in securely.
1. Click on your profile in the top right corner

2. Click on My Account

3. Click on Seats

4. Click on New User

5. Select the Role type for the new user

6. Enter the new users email address

7. Enter the new users name (optional)

8. Select the relevant channels you would like the new user to have access to
Please note: if the role selected is 'Admin', all channels will be available to the user.

9. Click on Invite User

10. Click on the Copy button to copy the invite link that you can then share with your new user who will then be able to create their password by pasting the link into their preferred browser window.
