How Do I Download Historical Vendor Purchase Order (PO) Files from Amazon Vendor Central?
Note that you will need to download two CSV files from Amazon Vendor Central: Purchase Orders (PO) CSV and PO Items CSV. Both files are required for the historical upload process.
How do I access Purchase Orders in Vendor Central?
- Log in to Amazon Vendor Central.
- From the left-hand navigation menu, go to: Orders → Purchase Orders.
- Open the Manage POs tab.
- Under the search bar, in the gray filter tabs, make sure "All" is selected before exporting your files.
- On the right-hand side, find the Export PO to Excel button.
- Click the down arrow next to the button.
- Select Export PO to CSV.
- Wait for the export to finish and download the file.
- This downloaded file is your Purchase Orders (PO) CSV.
- Repeat, but this time in Step 7, choose Export PO Items to CSV.
- This downloaded file is your PO Items CSV.
What should I do after downloading the files?
Once both CSV files have been downloaded, please send them to support@merchantspring.com.au.
In your email, make sure to include the name of the channel these files should be uploaded to so our team can process the historical upload correctly.
