How Do I Download Historical Vendor Purchase Order (PO) Files from Amazon Vendor Central?

Note that you will need to download two CSV files from Amazon Vendor Central: Purchase Orders (PO) CSV and PO Items CSV.  Both files are required for the historical upload process.

How do I access Purchase Orders in Vendor Central?
  1. Log in to Amazon Vendor Central.
  2. From the left-hand navigation menu, go to: Orders → Purchase Orders.
  3. Open the Manage POs tab.
  4. Under the search bar, in the gray filter tabs, make sure "All" is selected before exporting your files.
  5. On the right-hand side, find the Export PO to Excel button.
  6. Click the down arrow next to the button. 
  7. Select Export PO to CSV.
  8. Wait for the export to finish and download the file.
  9. This downloaded file is your Purchase Orders (PO) CSV.
  10. Repeat, but this time in Step 7, choose Export PO Items to CSV.
  11. This downloaded file is your PO Items CSV.

 What should I do after downloading the files?

Once both CSV files have been downloaded, please send them to support@merchantspring.com.au.

In your email, make sure to include the name of the channel these files should be uploaded to so our team can process the historical upload correctly.
