Step-by-step process for connecting your TikTok advertising account
Required permissions
Your TikTok account needs at least Ad account analyst access to connect. User roles with higher permissions — including Owner, Admin, and Operator — will also work.

Once you have the right access in your TikTok Business Center account, log in to your MerchantSpring account.

Click "+ADD CHANNEL". Under Channel Type, choose "Advertising Channel".
- Tick the box for "Create a standalone advertising channel", then click "Next"
- Select "TikTok Advertising"
- Click "CONNECT".
- A pop-up screen will appear showing the Log in page for TikTok advertising. Log in using your email address and password, or Log in with TikTok.
- You will then see a screen showing the permissions you'll be authorizing for MerchantSpring. Kindly click on "Agree" to all.
- It will take a couple of hours for your advertising data to sync to MerchantSpring. Once synced, you can view the Advertising by Channel report in the Dashboard and the store-specific advertising reports under My Channel > Marketing. Congratulations!
