How to Link Your Existing AMC Instance to MerchantSpring

Learn how to securely link your existing AMC instance to MerchantSpring to schedule, view, and visualize reports in one streamlined workflow.

This guide walks you through connecting your own pre-existing AMC instance (created under your own Amazon Ads partner account) to the MerchantSpring platform.

Before You Begin:

Ensure you have the following details ready:

  • The country associated with your AMC account

  • Your AMC Entity ID

    (Both are available in your AMC portal dashboard.)

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log into your MerchantSpring account and click on '+ CHANNEL'
  2. Select the channel type 'AMAZON MARKETING CLOUD'
  3. Select the country for currency purposes, enter a name for your AMC channel, and tick the checkbox labelled “Link existing AMC instance”
  4. You will then need to select the country associated with your existing AMC account, enter the Entity ID of your existing AMC account and click 'AUTHORIZE'
  5. This will open an OAuth pop-up requiring you to log in with your Amazon Advertising credentials.

  6. After authenticating, a list of AMC instances linked to your account will appear. Select the appropriate instance and click 'CONNECT INSTANCE'


    Please note: This will initiate the standard syncing process. Wait for sync to complete and then your AMC channel will apprear in your 'Connected Channels' list.
