How to reactivate a suspended user

When you’re ready to restore access for a previously suspended user, reactivating them takes only a moment. This guide explains how to quickly reinstate a user’s access so they can log back in and resume using the MerchantSpring platform.

1. Click on your user profile in the top right corner

4. Locate the user you are looking to reactivate
