How to remove/delete a user

Note: This action cannot be undone. This will permanently remove/delete all of the user's data, including Scheduled Reports and Templates created by this user.

 

1. Click on your user profile in the top right corner

2. Click on My Account

Click on My Account

3. Click on Seats

Click on Seats

4. Locate the user you are looking to remove or delete.

Locate the user you are looking to edit

5. Click on the options button (...) for that user

Click on the options button (...) for that user

6. Click on Remove

7. Note that this option will permanently remove access for this user, and all the data associated with this account will also be permanently deleted. 

If you're sure about the deletion, click on "I'm 100% sure I want to permanently remove this user."
Then click on Remove.
Click on Remove
