      How to Set Up Notifications in MerchantSpring

      Set up alerts for Suppressed listings, Seller health, Lost Buy Box, Low inventory, and more!

      Follow the steps below to configure your Notifications:

      1. Click on bell icon for Notifications

      2. Click on VIEW ALERTS

      3. You'll see the Notification Centre

      4. Click on Settings

      5. Select a channel

      6. You have the option to turn ON or OFF the email notifications for this channel.

      7. If you turn ON the email notifications, you can select the Email frequency.
