What to do if your channel is disconnected from MerchantSpring?

Steps on reconnecting your channel to MerchantSpring

You can resolve this by reconnecting the store inside MerchantSpring.

There is no need to delete the existing selling account first. Just go to "+ADD CHANNEL", and connect to the same store.
