Why doesn't every product appear in product-level profitability?

Product-level profitability is built from financial transactions. If a product has no sales, refunds, fees or other relevant transactions in the selected scope, it may not appear in the report.

Confirm the store, date range and filters. Check whether the product had any relevant financial activity during that period. Also confirm that you are searching for the correct ASIN or identifier.

MerchantSpring retrieves product titles, images and attributes from Amazon's catalogue data. If a label differs from the client's latest contribution, confirm the live Amazon catalogue value and whether Amazon accepted the update.

Important: When contacting Support, include the ASIN, store, date range and example transaction.
